Intro:

YHC had yet to have the chance to Q at Castle Black, so when I saw the opening, I felt like I had to take it.

Warm-o-Rama:

Quick mosey to the entrance of the school then circle up for some SSH & Weed Pickers IC, followed up with some Micheal Phelps OYO

The Thang:

We started our adventure with a partial Merkin Mile dropping to do Merkins at EVERY Light pole up the hill and around the parking lot, increasing up by 5 at each pole. Um…That’s a lot of poles. When we got to 50 merkins we stopped increasing the reps for the last 6 light poles. In total, we did 525 merkins. It was a lot of merkins.

Next, we went to the small side lot for some escalator 4-corners. At corner 1 – 5 Burpees; Corner 2 – 5 Burpees & 10 Monkey Humpers; Corner 3 – add 15 Star Jumps to the exercises; Corner 4 – finish with 20 Big Boy Sit-ups.

Back to the flag for some Community Mary. Aisle 7 did a great Bloodhound impression with a crap ton of Flutter kicks, Earhart got us with some Crunchy Frogs, Dixie went with Dolly, Legionnaire brought out an oldie with the iron cross, and Bloodhound finished the fun with a nice little Bicycle ride.
