We skipped the warm-0-Rama to get right to it. Get a rock, head to the hill.

The Thang:

My favorite active NBA player is 1999 Rookie of the Year Vince Carter, in his honor we did a little basketball training. We frog jumped to the top of the hill lugging the rock, 10 copperhead squats, throw the rock down the hill, run down the hill, perform 10 copperhead merkins. Decending 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Move to the open area with rocks, Babyface and Carmen San Diego picked their schoolyard b-ball teams. YHC was picked dead last, in your face. Each team performs sets of 42 (Vince’s age) of curls, skull crushers, and shoulder presses, passing the rock between sets. One PAX on each team went for a long KB slow mosey. Next round was sets of 42 lunges, deadlifts, and squats with rocks, passing between sets.
