Following #SpringBreak19 the Vineyard switched to Mon/Thur. Chops took the PAX on a tour with 33s

Warm-o-Rama:

Quick little mozy up the back bus lanes, with some SSH IC, Weed Pickers IC, Imperial Walkers IC, Annie IC, Sungods OYO, Chinooks OYO. Mozy back to my SUV for coupons.

The Thang:

The Vineyard is a massive AO, and YHC has only attended a BD a few times so let's tour some of the areas. Grouped into 2 teams, each team member takes turns sharing the load of carrying a 33lb plate. We mozy the back road and alternate between lightpoles. Did some lunges, duck walks, karaoke, and at some of the poles broke for merkins, lbcs, bbs, carolina dry docks. Arrived at big grassy hill, two men took turns with 33lb plate doing floor to ceiling squat lifts while other teammates did bear crawl to top of hill, 10 monkey humpers, crawl bear, and switch. 4 ish trips up and down the hill and we mozy back to backside of student lot. Round up for flutter kicks, then realize that YHC can't see very well and thought watch said 6:15 but actually 6:05, so sprint to large steps, up to doors, tag, back down steps, back to center of lot. Group of for collection of mary.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Such a huge AO, YHC is always out of breath on that beginning of the Warm-a-rama. Appreciate the guys allowing me to Q the Vineyard. Such a huge opportunity there. During the name-a-rama, still said I was 46, but in actually I am now 47. Love that Silverado and men of his age are able/willing to get after it. Next time need to slide down the hill a bit farther for more mumblechatter intensity.
