The Thang:

Bring a little taste of beatdown activity from around the region to The Castle Black.

Thang 1: Route 66
– Start at the top by the school, go around parking lot and down the hill to the entrance.
– 11 Lampposts using only the ones on the left hand side
– 1 Burpee, 2 Burpees, 3… up to 11 Burpees, 66 total Burpees
– When we got to the bottom, it was the only way we knew how to get back, so RINSE & REPEAT
– Double time with Merkins, 2, 4, 6… 22 for 132 total Merkins

Thang 2: Field of Dreams
– Count off 1's, 2's, all the ones go to 1st base, 2's go to WAIT A MINUTE. We Need 4! YHC is off his rocker.
– Start over, with 8 PAX just send 2 to each base, using the four corners of the parking lot by the BISCUITS
– 1st Base: Squats AMRAP
– 2nd Base: Merkins AMRAP
– 3rd Base: LBC's AMRAP
– HOME PLATE: 15x Burpees
– When the PAX doing Burpees are finished, relieve 1st, who relieves 2nd, 3rd, who goes home
– RINSE and REPEAT with Lunges, Curb Dips, BBSU, Mountain Climbers x30 in Cadence

Thang 3: Indian Run with the Tour de F3Cherokee
– Idea hear was to bring a taste of some of the Northern AO's to Castle Black
– KODIAK: 40 Yards of Grizzlies, which are Bear Crawls, perform a Burpee every time Q yells GRIZZLY!
– MORNING WOOD: From the F3 Exicon, a Turkish Get-Up without the Kettle Bell, x 20 each side
– HAPPY JACK: Performed 3 full rounds of Happy Jacks by the Flag

Naked Man Moleskin:

Really want to say something witty and obnoxious about each of the PAX. But truth is I was just thankful to be out in the gloom with all these guys this morning. Had a close call to being on the DL. And I came real close to FUBAR with the flag. So I just can't seem to find the words to roast anybody else. The Castle Black is a great Beatdown up north, highly recommend it. Would love to get some new blood there, both existing PAX that haven't visited and some new FNG's.
