Welcome to the Fog Fest!

Warm-o-Rama:

Since I don't understand the cadence, the mumblechatter started early. Who is this idiot? Weedpickers, Side Straddle Hops, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps and a quick lap mosey to show PAX where the wheel of death would take them, ten times.

The Thang:

PAX Partner up, one PAX lunges with KB to the light pole and back while partner squats then deadlifts with KB. Run a lap, swap. X3 so total of six laps and six rounds. Once all PAX came in from their 6 laps, endless weighted lunges, too many squats and deadlifts to count….CIRCLE UP with your bell! As a group, call out three reps each. PAX performed (48) KB Chest Presses, then (32) Big Boys with KB on chest, followed by (32) American Hammers slowly with the KB. Woof. Pick a new Partner boys (Homeboy). Someone with the same weight KB. Perform 300 reps of bent-over rows as a team with both KB's while partner completes the loop. This seemed to take between 4-5 laps each PAX, depending on manliness and weight. To finish off these HIM's of the South, we had same teams perform (30)Shoulder presses with KB while partner did Carolina Dry Docks. Time! We finished up with about 2.5 miles and a crushing beatdown thanks to the KB's changing up our regular beatdowns.
