Intro:

Thin Mint and The Mole posted this evening at The Mole Hole. There was quite a bit of bickering, lots of running, some teamwork, a little one-up-manship, and at the end sweat and tiredness.

Warm-o-Rama:

The bickering started early as Thin Mint wanted to run clock-wise around the loop but The Mole wanted to run counter-clockwise. First we had to get to the trailhead for some warmup.
SSH and Weed Pickers…. The Mole didn't want to wait for Thin Mint so off he went.

The Thang:

Head to the trail loop. Stop at every bridge for 10 Merkins.
The Mole won the argument since he was in the lead (SLIGHTLY) and set out counter-clockwise around the loop.
Back at the bridge for the 10 Merkins Thin Mint was right on his tail. Looks like Thin Mint can keep up with The Mole pretty well.

Back to The Mole Hole for some 11's:
Pull-ups and Burpee Box jumps. 10-1 (decrease and increase by 2). 8-3…… 6-5…… 4-7….. 2-9….
Then Spartan Bucket Carry. This started the teamwork. The Mole carried the bucket up to the soccer-field and Thin Mint carried it back. But since Thin Mint carried it back his forearms were more wasted than The Mole's. It was all he could do to get back to the patio to put that bucket down.

Another trip around the trail loop…. this time clock-wise to appease Thin Mint…. Still with 10 Merkins at each bridge (we're now up to 80 Merkins total)

Back to the mole hole for some more team work.
Thin Mint flipped a tire to The Mole and The Mole flipped it back to Thin Mint. This went on for 20 reps followed by Farmer Carry around the house. Then 15 dips.
Rinse/repeat.

Thin Mint felt like we weren't doing enough back/arm work, so The Mole threw in some Inverted rows for good measure. 20 reps.

Another trip around the trail loop with merkins at each bridge (up to 120 merkins now.)

COT:

Prayers for Silverado and his M. Praying for strength and healing.
Announcement about the 3rd F Good Friday put on by The Mole. Thin Mint stated he is a HARD COMMIT. He's really excited about this.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Thin Mint can run just as well as The Mole. It's crazy. No matter how much The Mole pushed, Thin Mint was right there. There were a few disagreements between them, but since The Mole was QIC he politely told Thin Mint to shut the f— up, which he did. Luckily no one else was around to hear The Mole's foul language. Well…. except for Thin Mint. But he's used to it.
