Intro:

YHC was excited because today was a day to drink the sweet nectar of Goatmilk and alas it twas not to be.

Warm-o-Rama:

3,2,1 Its 5:30 and no sign of Goatmilk!! Beater asked YHC to Q today a couple weeks ago. When I went to sign up Goatmilk was already there. What a great surprise. Goatmilk has talked on more than one occasion about how much he hates running. So for him to have signed up to Q the V, it was like alright a him ready to take charge. However, it was not to be so since the V is hosting the 5K this month, YHC took the pax on a 5K warm up run to map out the course.

The Thang:

3.0 miles, no problem add a run around the block to the start and we will have 3.1. Now Beater takes charge and takes us down to Hank's Place and back up through the High Society part of town and back to the Flag at 6:15 sharp.

Seriously Goatmilk was signed up for the Q and totally bailed on the V. What could he possibly been thinking. Maybe he posted to somewhere else thinking he was Qing there. Maybe he just forgot. Maybe he gets the Fubar?

This Month's 5K will be February 23. Meet at Reformation Brewery at 5pm just across from the start for the Flyin V. We will be running on the Noonday Creek Trail so it will be Flatt and Records will be Broken. YHC intends on retaining the trophy and is picking a route just for that. If you really want to turn it into a CSAUP post that morning and run the Guns and Hoses 5k and Hobgood Park. Sign up to support some great local charities.
