The Thang:


This morning was a series of eleven's. We started with dips and box jumps on the wet and wobbly benches in front of the school. I think they are a little more wobbly now. Then it was to the asphalt football field painted on the back parking-lot for burpees and monkey humpers. Start at "in zone" sprint to the 10-yard line and back. do 1 burpee and 10 Monkey Humper Kodiak count. Then sprint to the 15-yard line and back. Do 2 burpees and you get the picture. Next was merkins and modified mountain climbers. From a plank position right knee hit the left elbow and left knee hit the right elbow. We started with 1 merkin and 10 mountain climbers. Bear claw to the next yard-line.
