Quick Mosey around the parking lot, started with 10 ssh ic, 10 weed pickers ic, 15 hillbillies

The Thang:

the Seven of diamonds…. and lucky for us we have a baseball field !! Starting at home plate, the pax perform 7 burpees, then bear craw to first base and do 14 iron mikes kodiac count. Crab walk to second base and perform 21 merkins , then bear craw to third base and do 28 squats. Crab walk back to home plate then rinse and repeat 6 more times for a total of 7 trips around the diamond. This seemed quite simple to yhc but much to my dismay, simple is sometimes harder. Ma Bell started off strong and kept going strong! Pax think maybe we should rename him The energizer bunny!! Lively used his Marine Corps background to push through and finish the 7 rounds!!! The rest of us had to modify as needed and YHC called an audible to change the burpees and merkins for the last three rounds to LBC!! It was a simple yet humbling beat down!! Great work Men of StoneClad! As always you Rocked it!

YHC asked that we continue to pray for the Kings academy Student that was accidentally shot and killed by her little brother.
We also ask that we continue to pray for our country's leaders. Praise for Thrasher who is kicked most of our butts!!
