Intro:
The entire Manning Clan (+ friend) descended on The Mole Hole. Apparently, Manning’s 2.0s have revolted against their stoopid F3 names. Which is a good thing because they were all horrible names.
YHC also decided to wear the weighted vest for the workout. Approximately 18-20 pounds of fun strapped around torso. Made monkey bars and such a little more challenging.
Warm-o-Rama:
Quick mosey down trail to flat space at bridge. SSH, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers.
Around this time a group of kids began walking down the trail toward us. Laughing and mocking our silly movements and counting. As we left to head back to The Mole Hole, YHC could see them performing Imperial Walkers and laughing amongst themselves. Happy to bring amusement to young minds on this beautiful Friday afternoon.
The Thang:

After one round, we set out for the trail. YHC asked Manning's youngest to pick a direction (left or right). He picked right. Oh boy!
At each bridge, perform 10 merkins.
after a loop on the trail, back to TMH for round 2 of the Salty Six exercises listed above. YHC managed to complete a second round. Not sure how far the others got.
With a couple minutes left, Manning and YHC called out a couple Mary exercises and then some random exercises.

No COT as the kids seemed to just be ready to exit after all that madness. Although, as we sat on the patio drinking water, Henry decided to push tires, or move blocks or do whatever he could to get back up to those Monkey Bars. Little man was determined.
Naked Man Moleskin:
As we sat on the patio drinking water post workout, Henry decided to push tires, or move blocks or do whatever he could to get back up to those Monkey Bars. Little man was determined. He also seemed sad to only make one loop around the trail. The kid likes to GO apparently.
The girls seemed less impressed by the Spartan Course in The Mole's backyard and more amused at the whole charade.
YHC was impressed that Manning's 2.0s stayed engaged for the whole beatdown. No fussing or quitting as YHC's 2.0's would have likely done.
Thanks for showing up. Without y'all it would have just been YHC and Thin Mint running trails and doing pullups.
