Intro:

Here it is boys. What you have all been waiting for. I am doing this for the men of The Buff. In no way is this BB submission a response to Law Dog’s incessant heckling.

Warm-o-Rama:

Moseyed to the gravel lot behind the school – 10 Incline Merkins
Moseyed to the Swings – 10 Swerkins
Moseyed back to the front of the school. 5 American Hammers with KB
10 SSH x IC

The Thang:

1st set / 3 Rounds of this.
Run to gravel lot – 12 Incline Merkins
Run up hill to swings – 12 Swerkins
Run back to front of school – 12 American Hammers with KB

2nd set.
Partner up.
First partner starts the following set while 2nd partner runs lap around front parking lot. When partner returns, switch out. Rinse and Repeat until Q called the time.

Single leg deadlift – 10 ea leg
Single kettlebell push ups – 15 reps
KB swings – 15 reps
Squat and press (single arm) – 10 ea arm
Shoulder rows – 15 (I think)

We practiced some turkish get-ups

Backblast. What an intriguing topic and subject matter that brings so much enjoyment to F3 pax across the country. Sometimes we read the BB because F3 is so early in the morning and we can't remember what the hell happened that morning. For some of us, our lives are so boring we have nothing else to do but to read slack and BB's all day. We even enjoy reading BB's that we did not attend. For others we read BB's for pure ball busting purposes. Then the most fun and coveted subject of a BB is when the Q does not post the BB within 24 hours of completion. Oh, how can life give us any better gift than a late BB?? Well that is my gift to you today. Enjoy it while you can. Maybe next time I will not submit one PERIOD. It will give F3 Cherokee something fun to talk about for at least a few weeks.

PS – My submitting the BB late reminds me of one of my favorite movies and my current attitude on this situation. Particularly around 2:09 in the clip. Enjoy.
