Intro:

Telling stories on the playground!

Warm-o-Rama:

We had an FNG coming late so we did a little mosey in the parking lot. Then in a larger circle. Then in the field…… He is here so let's get this started with a 20 count SSH, Sungods, Michael Phelps, turning windmill, weed pickers.

The Thang:

Take the warm up into the workout. Inchworms down, Inchworm with an over the fence under the fence back. After this most of the Pax dropped the top layer!
Next we laid down for train tracks across the field. Five feet apart in the plank. Man at the back sprints to the other end jumping over everyone then lays down. Two times through.
Two board fence lines the field. Form a line. Jump over the fence. Move to the next section and go through the fence. Repeat until you get to the end.
Flutter kicks
Stop take in the sunrise. turn around 20 donkey kicks.
Off to the playground! 6 go up the ramp, up the stairs, then up the slides, two laps.
The other 6 do chest to swing decline, Switch
Feet in the swings, knees to your chest while the others run, switch!
Decline using the swing, curls for the girls, while the others run, switch!
Face away from the swings leaning forward- Tri's, while the others run, switch!
Mosey to the pull-up bars. One pullup each while everyone does an air chair. Grab my phone and our clothes and off to the equipment.

Why not try story time again…… This time the topic was……….. most exciting adventure. You tell your story on the curl machine while doing curls, the rest of us are working on our machine for 60 seconds.

Seven minutes left- Broad jump across and lung back. Two rounds

COT:

This was one of the worst COTs I have been a part of! I still don't know what even happened. Hellen Keller threw us off so bad during the last part of the workout, I was just lost.
We attempted to name my nephew and couldn't come up with a name. Finally, we landed on Taco. Garf named his FNG, Trap house before we even started today. I was so disturbed by HK's story we didn't take prayer request and I don't remember how I closed things.

Naked Man Moleskin:

There is a lot that could be said here, but I really wouldn't know where to start. Most of our crew if not all have been chased by the cops at some time. People have drank too much, too early in life, and some have almost been shot. I think Homer was almost run over by a boat.
I don't know what in the world my nephew is thinking right now, but he said he loved story time! Heaven help us! I think we average one FNG a week at the Chatterbox and that ain't too bad! I often think about some of the crazy stories I hear out there running around and today will be no exception. We missed a few guys that normally come but have new guys coming back each week! Special call out to Daisy Duke, Hass, and Helen Keller! Yall have become regulars in a short time! HK, man you need to put that story back in the VAULT!
