Intro:

This morning we did a preview of things to come with the School of Ruck starting next month.

Warm-o-Rama:

I heard Pelosi say his shoulders hurt, so we did some Merkins to warm up.

The Thang:

We started out with a short Ruck around the PArking lot where I set up Dory for his task.
Dory got the group moving on a lap with the log with instructions "Not to carry the log in arms or on the shoulder"
Lively was given instructions to move the log through the obstacle course without touching the yellow rings. (5 burpee penalty for touching paid)
Legionnaire led the group through the kid's obstacle course
A little bit of Mary to finish out the hour.
