With Social Distancing at its best, we warmed with a slow mosey towards the entrance and stopped along the way to circle up, break into smaller groups and receive instructions
Per the attached map, divide up into 4 groups with each group starting on a different loop meeting back at the front road fork near the entrance to perform:
a) 2 sets of 10 squats. Partner A is holding an air chair while partner B squats for 10. Then swap for 2 sets
b) same thing as A but with merkins
Once completed, finish the next route and so on and so forth. All 4 groups completed the 4 loops getting close to 4 miles in.
