Intro:
There was a little mumble this week that B0.0M town just wasn’t as hard as other workouts that take place on Saturdays. I mean how could it if its only 45 minutes instead of an hour, and limited running. It can’t be that hard. Well YHC set out to prove that thought wrong
Warm-o-Rama:
After grabbing a few coupons from the car we went to the playground area and circled up.
After a few SSH & Weedpickers, it was time to get going.
The Thang:
We broke up into 4 pairs (plus one single, YHC) to work our way through the exercises on the board. The exercises were grouped into pairs and the groups did 50 reps of each exercises in the pairing of exercises before moving on to the next group of exercises. Exercises:
50 Box jumps / 50 Pull-ups
50 Push Press ( with 30# ruck) / 50 Lunges
50 KB Swings / 50 Merkins
50 Big boy Sit-ups / 50 Star Jumps
50 Burpees / 50 Double Unders
Also, after each set of exercises, the pair of pax did one lap of bear crawls around the pavilion area.
Conclusion: shoulders thoroughly smoked and PAX more than satisfied with the level of suck. None of the other 8 men asked for a refund because they were cheated out of a tough workout.
COT:
Naked Man Moleskin:
Great push by all today. Even with exercises like double unders that some PAX were unsure of, each man stepped up and pushed themselves today. Also, each man finished, even if it was right as time expired, great wok today.
