Today is a good day to push the run/work combo
Run 2 miles
Run 3.75 miles, do some pull-ups, run 1/4 mile and do some more pull-ups. Now do 30 burpees. Run 1/4, turn around and run backwards up the hill. Do more pull-ups. 30 more burpees. Run back to the vehicles.
Total run ended up close to 6.5mi.
Thankful for another opportunity to grow as men, fathers, athletes (term used loosely) and leaders. Remember that God is in charge. He is the director. We see through a peephole and do not always have the big picture. May our faith increase and reliance on self decrease.

I think every time a Q we will run. Run and run. Do exercises. Run. Magnolia and Sweater Vest seemed good with it. Except maybe when I change the burpees from 10 to 30. They seemed a little perturbed, but they banged em’ out like they were getting paid! To bad we had to go to work. I think we had another 4-6 miles in us.
