YHC had to pull out of The Mole Hole quickly on Friday evening so this beatdown was a quickie.

With a small showing we moseyed down the trail a bit to get the blood flowing.

Back to The Mole Hole. 9 exercises to be completed in no particular order
monkey bars (there and back)
side monkey bars (there and back)
20 curls
20 dips
20 step-ups on tractor tire
20 truck tire flips
5 towel pull-ups
30 hanging knee-ups
bucket carry around cul-de-sac

lunge walk across yard until the 6 completes the cycle
Mosey back down the trail to the lowest point near creek. Run hard back up the hill to the make-shift soccer field in the clearing and plank for the 6. When 6 arrives, perform merkins in cadence (x10).
Back to The Mole Hole to complete the cycle again. (during the second cycle YHC had to pull out and run inside the house to change clothes to go coach 2.0's basketball game.)
COT:
Nomad and Doubtfire were finishing their conversation in YHC's driveway as we prepared to leave to the basketball game. Thus, the COT was not performed with typical formality and intention.
Naked Man Moleskin:
Doubtfire is going be killing it at beatdowns in the very near future. YHC can see his athleticism and strength and it's just a matter of time before he's crushing it.
Nomad continues to work on his shoulder strength. t-claps to him for working on his weakness and building strength after his shoulder surgery just 15 months ago.
