Intro:
Asked to Q by Hombre, YHC chuckled to myself. The trails are completely unknown to me. They all look the same. YHC figured it would be best to not have any plan made up. We can just run and when we get lost, we can stop somewhere and ask for directions. However, we didn’t come across anyone to help with us directions. We only came across Poison Oak and his dirty sister, Poison Ivy.
Warm-o-Rama:
Mosey down some random overgrown path down toward the fire station. Oval Up for some assorted SSH (these were a common theme throughout the beatdown), mountain man poopers, weed pickers, Sun Gods, 10 burpees (another common theme)
The Thang:
Mosey around aimlessly throughout the woods, stopping to perform SSH and merkins while awaiting the 6. Follow Homeboy's direction/guidance to find both sets of pullup bars to perform a Six Pack at each set of pullup bars (5 merkins, one burpee – 4 merkins, two burpees – 3 merkins, three burpees, and so on). Somewhere along the way, Ma Bell took a pretty ugly spill and Manning thought perhaps his arm fell off.
Once we finally made it back to the parking lot, more SSH and squats mixed in. The Pax were really good at counting and math today, so YHC barely even had to call/count cadences so we could stick to the Ghost Cadences again. Sure makes Q'ing easy – thanks boys!!
P.S. We pretty much had our legs, arms, hands, and faces in poison oak/ivy all morning long. Hope everyone got a good shower in before touching their pubic regions.
COT:
Let's keep praying for God's healing to come upon Hooters' M, along with Silverado's M as well. Let's continue to remember He is here to help us and not hurt us, so we just need to speak to Him and request what we need.
Naked Man Moleskin:
YHC was praised frequently today about my cadence voice and how well behaved I was. YHC had quite the lack of curse words and offensive jargon that came out of my mouth today, until after the circle of trust. The Mole really let some words fly, and our fearless leader, Law Dog, even managed to offend Manning during a pretty emotional 6th Man discussion. It was pretty awesome.
