Welcome to the party! Only 6 of the bravest HIM’s decided to greet YHC in the gloom this morning. I guess everyone else wanted to take it easy. Their loss!

Started things off with a Route 66 (with Squats) until we made it to the baseball field which was 11 lightpoles away. Moseyed back to the start.

The Thang:

Time to start the ALL MUSIC beatdown. This beatdown consists of an all music routine from the Lexicon and 1 addition that YHC created and wanted to pilot. The beatlist included:

Bearway to Heaven – 1x Burpee, Bear Crawl 1 parking spot, Lunge walk back. Increase by 1x until you reach 7x. Goal is to complete before the song ends

The Funky Monkey Humper – Listen to Brass Monkey and do a Monkey Humper every time they say Monkey. Hold in the up position when not humping

Let the Bodies Hit the Floor – Donkey kick every time the song says Let the Bodies Hit the Floor. When the song counts 1,2,3,4 you perform a merkin.

– Had the PAX take a lap up the side of the school and back for a bit of a rest.

Bring Sally Up – Good ol' Sally using Squats

Chumbaburpee – Do a Burpee to Tubthumper every time the song says I Get Knocked Down

– Had the PAX take a last lap up the side of the school and then head back to the flag to finish up with 2 minutes of Mary. Mic Drop…

Turns out the music routines are rough in succession like that. The PAX really liked the Funky Monkey Humper which will get recycled and submitted for inclusion in the F3 Lexicon. You're welcome. Turns out we named our FNG, Lucky Charms, when there is already one. We will provide him with a unique name upon his return. Until then, ice up those quads and I'll SYITG.
