Frisbear: Each PAX takes a turn throwing the frisbee, all PAX chase it down, when it lands, all PAX drop to bear crawl until they get to the frisbee (15 turns)
Drill Instructors – new one for us, YHC calls out verbal sign and PAX go to that position, mix and repeat/speed up
1. "on your feet" – keep feet moving while standing up
2. "on your six" – drop down, hold feet 6 inches off the ground
3. "on your face" – upright plank
4. " down" – down position of merkin
5. "up" – up position of merkin

BSCs –
Bear Crawl to 10 yd line
10 squats
Crawl Bear (reverse bear crawl) back to goal line
repeat to the 20, do 20 squats
At 30 YHC made call to use the 20 as the starting point, but keep squat count up (30, 40, 50)
Pick up 6 after finished with 50

PAX divide into two teams, line up at hash marks at goalline
1st PAX runs to 5, drops to low plank (perpendicular to field), next PAX hurdles and goes to 10, repeat until we reach the other goalline
Air Chair until all PAX are done

Howling Monkeys – RoF with all PAX holding in downward Monkey Humper position, go around until each PAX does x10 MHs, rinse and repeat 3 times around – hear the howling!

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC wanted to mix up some exercises vs a straight routine. We got rocking and rolling just as two PAX pulled in, one being Garfield. Catches up on mosey, apologies as he had a #2. Not a good beatdown without a Garfield dump experience I am learning.

Lots of mumble chatter, some may say epic mumble chatter today. Some of which I shall not repeat on this backblast.

PAX hearts raised as they saw frisbee YHC had. YHC sadly stated there was no Ultimate Frisburpee today. Brought tissues for Almost and gave him 30 seconds to work through emotions while Grylls comforted him.

YHC underestimated difficulty level of BSCs. Those suck. Modify needed for YHC and PAX (other than Drumstick, who could do these all day). Drumstick stopped at one point at the 50. Looking as if he saw something amazing and captivating. YHC learned he was enthralled with Toolsacks squat form. Starting to get uncomfortable and awkward as Drumstick kept moving closer to Toolsack. YHC worried about PDA, but Toolsack finishes and they continue back. Whew.

Everyone loved Drill Instructors, especially when Garfield kept trying to call them himself, poor Drumstick fell for one, as he was distracted thinking about the perfect squat. So YHC made the calls faster as punishment…which Garfield oddly liked.

Good to see Pink Panther out and about again, though you couldn't tell anything was wrong as he sped forward during BSCs.
Found out Orphan has never Q'd, that is changing.
Tebow is still in college…or really likes Animal House. He was blown away with how fast YHC was during railroad ties and said YHC cheated. Understandable our amazing coordination would cause confusion.
