Intro:
My contribution to the launch of The Asylum was to take the Kodiak Q today to allow for Westside to make the trek to Powder Springs. I knew the # would be lower today due to all of the F3Cherokee HIMs who were supporting the launch. However, prayers were answered when I saw an even 6 strong PAX post on a bit windy but relatively nice morning.
Warm-o-Rama:
Short mosey around the parking lot and circled up inside the gate of the stadium. The buildings blocked the wind a bit for warm-o-rama and the first pearl. Warmed up with some SSH's, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, and Sun Gods (default F3Cherokee warm up IMHO).
The Thang:
With 6 PAX we partnered up pretty quickly and got right to it.

Flip flop partners for carry back to original sideline – partners do Flutter Kicks x 10 (4 count)

COT:
Prayers for Alcoa for healing and a successful trip to India
Naked Man Moleskin:
YHC learned yet another lesson this morning…dont just bring up a random playlist from Amazon music, hit play, and proceed with the beatdown. There is something to be said for reviewing a playlist beforehand. As Floppy volunteered alternate lyrics as "The Number of the Beast" played during our Indian Run and Banjo so aptly noted at the end of our COT…"I'm so glad AC/DC Hells Bells finished before we started to pray!" I commit to better music preparation next week!
