Intro:


We have all done 4 corners but if we are going to do 4 corners at the Hurt Locker, we need to supper size it. As YHC was looking at our AO the two soccer fields back to back looked like a great place to cause a little pain.

Warm-o-Rama:


10 Weedpickers,
10 Windmills,
40 SSH

The Thang:


Started with a short Burpee Indian Run, completing 10 burpees at each mile marker on our way to the two soccer fields.

ROUND ONE
Next we lined up at the first corner

Corner 1: 10 Hand Release Merking
Sprint across two Soccer Fields to
Corner 2: 10 Star Jumps
Sprint to the far end of Soccer Field 2:
Corner 3: 10 BBS
Sprint across two Soccer Fields to
Corner 4: 10 Squat Jumps

ROUND 2:
Same but increase reps to 20

Round 3:
Carmen SanDiego had a great Idea to change it up with some
William Wallace (One PAX runs to the middle and Perform 30 Reps for that Corner, the Other PAX hold Plank, Al Gores, Etc)
Each Corner had the same exercises but to increase time, Two Pax ran out at a time
Only trick is running to the Center of two Soccer fields is about 100 yrds.

Round 4.
Continue with WIlliam Wallace but perform 20 reps

Final
Finish with 10 Hand Release Merkins
