Intro:

Because the Mole pushed me to travel to the further away AO’s this week. YHC jumped on the chance to not only visit the Lions Den for the first time but having the honor to Q. It has been one year that YHC has been in F3 (Hard to believe). YHC wanted to take his first few Q’s from last year and recreate them. The Q this morning was in honor of Misty and the Crossroads. Thats right men it was time to bring the Crossroads to the Den.

The Thang:

Getting up early and forgetting the speaker is not the best way to bring the crossroads to the Den… This is why Alcoa cant go to AO's outside of 5 miles…

Either way, it was time to Load some Merkins on the Busses.

Starting at bus lane 1 run to the last bus lane (AKA 23) and load up 23 Merkins.
Run back to lane 1 and pick up 10 Burpees
Run to bus lane 22 and load up 22 Merkins
Run back to lane 1 and pick up 10 Burpees
Run to bus lane 21 and load up 21 Merkins
Run back to lane 1 and pick up 10 Burpees
Repeat until you load 1 Merkin and 10 Burpees

After about 14 rounds, every one seemed to be gassed (including myself)
Modify the Burpees to 10 BBS. but keep the Merkins coming.

with 2 minutes remaining, we had Twinkle Toes lead us in some Mountain Climber
(time to step up with a VQ, good work)

With my count,
that was

42 additional Merkins with the 6…

YHC really enjoyed the Pax at the Lions Den and YHC made sure they knew they had problematic number again. Dry Rub did not take freed to lead but one day Homeboy will get him too. YHC wonders where the south-side tour of the far way AO's will lead me tomorrow. Thanks for the encouragement the Mole!!!!
