Intro:

Late last night, on the throne, I decided to check the Q Sheet for the Kodiak in the morning, low and behold, it was I, Swisher ? Knowing I always had a back up of something that glowed and the Obama Box, I was confident I’d be in tip top shape for a proper DJ Swish beatdown.

Woody was first on the scene, hoping he wouldn’t be working out alone. Even thought we started the mosey with 10, 3 PAX came in hot on 2 wheels, Wiggums, Gandhi and Preacher made it in time for glow stick accessories and tunes.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey around the parking lot. SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Imperial Walkers. Then to ring-o-fire. 10 4 count merkins each. We owned it.

The Thang:

Indian Run around the school to the tires. Pulled out two of the largest. Teamed up. One team member did box jumps on the largest tires, while the other flips a tire up and down the small parking lot back there. Indian run to the Obama Box , didn't want to disappoint Chitwood, for crowd sourced Marys. Every single PAX lead a workout at least once. Cricket finished us up with Monkey Humpers in true deep fashion ?
