Intro:

“Last Tuesday; workout is free” haha, as always but not free from pain! Went back deep in the vineyard playbook using routines from the Vineyard launch; route 66, 11’s, four corners and through in some twist. I took it the football field though, couldn’t help it; first time as Q that it was unlocked.

The Thang:

‘-Route 66 on the football field, instead of light poles we ran to 10 yard line and perform 1 merkin, then to 20 yard for 2 merkins and so on until 100 yards and 10 merkins (55 merkins total).
-Four corners (routine where Westside once cultivated merlot): 40 Twisted mountain climbers at each corner, run 100 yards down to first corner, bear crawl across end zone, reverse run back up 100 yards, crawl-bear across end zone.
-let the heart beat slow down a little while we hit some ab work: LBFC's, Freddy mercury's, oblique crunches, LBC's, and jack knifes led by Slow Burn
-two rounds of black snake run on the track: PAX on the six run / snake their way through the line to the front.
-11's on the bleachers 1 dip on the bottom benches, run to top, 10 burpees back down for 2 dips and then up for 9 burpees (we ran out of time on this one half way through.

COT:

6th man slept in, Spock needed his beauty rest. Prayer for Silverado and his M. Prayer for Homer's meeting with his daughter.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Football Field, track, bleachers all in one stop shop; can't beat it! FYI no one complained when we ran out of time on the 11's up the bleachers to burpees, that sucks so good, I remember holding back merlot one time when Westside Q'd that routine ( i would've let it go if I knew it would've landed me on a shirt splashing merlot. I'll have to throw in sooner next time. Black snake run adds the element of fear; in the gloom running on tied legs in between other PAX tied legs hoping not trip up and fall on your face. Good times at the Vineyard! The fun will continue no matter the day.
