Intro:
Its Monday, first day back from Spring Break. The weather is nice. And Dory has a key to the track. Let’s do it.
Warm-o-Rama:
Jog around the parking lot:

15 IC Windmills,
The Quadmire Stretch – Left & Right legs – use both hands if you can
Runners Stretch – Center, Left, Right.
The Thang:
Pax line up at the starting point (front stretch) on the track. 100 yard Sprint to turn 1, lunge around the curve to the next straightaway. Jog to the 50 yd line on the back stretch. Do 25 merkins. Jog to turn 3, lunge around the curve back to the starting point. That completes one lap. R & R three additional times to complete the No Mercy Mile.
Many cries for mercy during the Lunges. But, No Mercy granted!
In total, each PAX:
Lunged ½ mile, Performed 100 Merkins and ran 4 – 100 yard sprints.
*Bonus* 50 yard sprint (from the 50 to the end zone) at the end, just because.
