The Thang:

YHC decided that simplicity would be fun after using the cones for the last Q here at Paragon. So, why not just do an exercise that involved some running and 10 merkins? Simple….and stupid.
Lining up at the goal line to the sweet guitar hits of Immigrant Song, we started the Spartan Beatdown. My goal was solely not to throw up.

On "go" we SPRINT 100 yds to the other goal line, do 10 merkins and hold plank for the 6 to finish, then slow mosey back to the other goal line. That's it, that's all. No problem.

Now rinse and repeat 20 times to the tune of 200 merkins and 4,000 yds covered. Yeah…we had some modifiers, for good reason. Especially at the end when we eliminated the slow mosey and sprinted back and forth.

Got tough when 2.0 woke up at home and cut off the bluetooth music by playing her wake up tunes in the room. Musical motivation now gone…time to invest in the Apple Music Family Plan or download for next time.

"mosey" to flag, YHC can hear heartbeat in ears, loving it. Mumble chatter understandably minimal.

We had some wonderful stories shared this morning as Garfield shared a story about someone close going cancer free after the first treatment! Wiggum is having another 2.0, excited for his family.
Some hard situations being shared as well. Family going through difficult relationship challenges that involve hard maternity choices. Tinder shared about a friend who lost his niece in the Ethiopian airline crash. Prayers for all the families.
