Intro:


Yes I know this is 4 days late!!

Warm-o-Rama:


Long mosey up to the wall in front of the middle school, circled up for: SSH, Copper Head Squats, Windmills, Michael Phelps.

The Thang:


This beatdown would take us through 4 different areas of the AO and 4 different routines. I've done this one before, it's an oldie but a goodie.
The name of the game here is to keep moving!

11s at the wall with box/wall jumps and derkins.
Mosey to the grapes of wrath hill for Burpback Mountain – partner up, one does burpees while the other runs up and down the hill. Switch. Repeat to 100 burpees.
Mosey to the long stretch of parking lot in front of the high school. Quarter Pounder time. Suicides to each of 4 light poles of increasing distance – exercise at each light pole was different and increasing – 25 merkins, 50 squats, 75 mountain climbers, 100 SSH.
Last up – alternating 25 yd. bear crawls and crab walks for 100 yds. total.
Mosey back to the flag, with the vineyard sprint at the end. Enough time left for 30 seconds of J-los. Time!

My enthusiasm for this routine was challenged early on as I missed one of my box jumps real bad on the stacked concrete wall. Blood, bruising, and swelling ensued. Somehow the adrenalin of working out with these HIMs kept me going through the workout. 4 days later the swelling is almost down entirely but I think i'll have a good scar there. A small but concrete reminder of the pain being worth it. And to concentrate better next time we hit that wall…
