The Thang:


A long mosey (15min) to get the blood fully flowing because it was cold outside! Head on over to the stairs for some fun!

Slowly bear crawl up each step doing one inclined merkin on each step. Reach top of steps and do 20 more merkins. Slowly bear crawl down the steps and do a declined merkin at each step. The burn! 20 more merkins at the bottom of the steps.

Time for abs!

I thought we would at least have 3 PAX this morning! No luck…just me. I'm just going to get stronger!
