Warm-o-Rama:


Long mosey around to the back of the school. Its been over two weeks since YHC has posted because of a bum knee and 2.0 illnesses/YHCs own laziness, so there was a lot to catch up on! Made it to the back and started off with:
15 Weed Pickers
15 SSH
10 Copperhead squats
10 Windmills
Sun Gods and Michael Phelps OYO

The Thang:


Mosey over and pick a bench to try something YHC read about on the internet that looked hard. And it was.
We did 11s with Burpee Box Jumps and Stargazer Squats with a Bear Crawl traveling between spots. After we did the three Burpee Box Jumps YHC realized, I made a huge mistake (been watching a lot of Arrested Development). These were hard. It wasn't so much the strength as the Cardio.
Mosey back over to the front of the school taking the path less traveled where we ran into a boat, several pallets, and a disgruntled bird who had made a nest in the awning because apparently nobody goes over there.
We had some time left so we did a giant escalating 4 corners. 10 Merkins, 20 Big Boi Situps, 30 Squats, and 40 Kodiak Count Flutter Kicks. Went a little over time, but Red Ryder made sure we finished the exercises.

Prayers and updates for Piccolo for his Fireman training, Bob Ross as he continues to heal and rediscover things in his life. YHC for successful 2.0 surgery, and prayers for clarity about my own surgery on my knee.

Naked Man Moleskin:


Red Ryder is bad at counting. Noted for future beatdowns where he can be tricked. The dark side of the school is going to be used soon, and Burpee Box Jumps are so terrible you know they will be making a regular appearance for a little while.
