Intro:

First time hitting the Cheetah, and honored to be asked to Q the 18 strong who constituted this PAX. This QIC brought a well-rounded beatdown, full of hop and mercan-stance.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey across the front of the school to the bus lanes. Ten weed pickers, Fifteen Imperial Walkers, Three Full Happy Jacks.

The Thang:

From the Warm-o-rama, we moseyed to the back corner of the school at the end of the bus lanes and canopy. The PAX conducted some "Fifties" of Donkey Kicks/Vertical Wall Taps (10/40, 20/30, 30/20, 40/10) and after each individual Fifty would sprint to the beginning of the bus lanes and conduct 10 Mercans. While the PAX awaited the Six, plank and such.

Next we moseyed to the other back corner of the school and commenced a 4-corner Escalator of the following full count exercises: 10 Switchback 'Hop' Lunges, 20 Monkey Humpers, 30 Copperhead Squats, and 40 Mountain Climbers. This exercises was at each corner of the school, with each subsequent corner beginning again with the previous spot exercises. Hence, all said, 40 full count Switchbacks, 60 full count Monkey Humpers, 60 full count Copperhead Squats, and 40 full-count Mountain Climbers. The legs were burning, the hips were strained, and the PAX had 15 minutes to go. 10 second plank intervals while waiting for the Six.

We took a rather long mosey to loosen the legs across the basketball courts and around the short sand track encircling the playing field, regrouping at the courts for some Mucho Chesto, which consisted of both single and full count ten rep mercan-based exercises: Standard mercans, diamond mercans (full count), wide mercans, diagonal mercans right, diagonal mercans left, carolina dry docks (full count), Mahktar N'Dyiaes. Counting the mercans from the Fifties, this PAX worked 120 mercans in today.

Back to the flag for some Mary — LBCs, Dying Cockroach, J-Lo, and finishing with some Happy Jacks (naturally).
