Intro:

Yeah!!! NO running. Wait are those logs sticking out of the back of Bloodhound’s truck?? Yes, Yes they are.

Warm-o-Rama:

Well for 9 of us we started our morning with a 3.19-mile ruck, I am thinking that we may want to start earlier with these (0530) and you can join if you would like.
At 0700 we did a few:
Copperhead Squates
Moon Gods
Merkins

The Thang:

We broke up into 3, 5 Man teams and picked up our coupons. (1 EA Log and 1 EA Sand Teenager)
Lined up at the edge of the parking lot and proceeded to flip our logs to the end of the open field and back throwing our sandbag alongside.
Once we were all back as a group we lined up according to height and were assigned a log again.
We proceeded through the open field and stopped 3 times for a set of log curls (20 4 counts) then switched logs
At the last set, we did an additional 50 4 count Flutter Kicks followed by 10 4 count Merkins.
We then headed back to the truck to put up the logs and circle up.
To slow and to much chatter, we did 15 burpees followed by 2 minutes of arm circles.

COT:

Lots of up and coming activities. January Ruck Club Callout, Spartan Races, Dory is having a slumber party with axes, Terrain Race
AO 5K's, and more. Please Please Please look at slack and the calendar to see what's happening. We have one of the best, if not the BEST regions with a ton of diversity. From Mountain biking to Rucking we have you covered.

Everyone said what they were thankful for this morning. A lot of men being thankful for what they have. AMEN
Let's keep those in need and those having a difficult time in our thoughts and prayers.

Naked Man Moleskin:

I had a blast today knocking all the bark of my log. I was pleasantly surprised to have the number of men out this morning, almost twice as many as I expected.
I need more logs.
