Intro:

Since it’s G-DAY (GO DAWGS!), it was time to GET. IT. ON at War Towne’s turf football field!

Warm-o-Rama:

Long mosey with coupons in tow from parking lot to turf field (this took a surprisingly long time). Circle up. SSH's x 15; Weedpickers x 10, Imperial Walkers x 10, Sun Gods OYO, Michael Phelps OYO, Copperhead Merkins x 5, Copperhead Squats x 5

The Thang:

Diego: Partner up . Each partnership gets a coupon. Partner A performs exercises while Partner B sprints (er….runs) 100 yards and back. The exercises to be performed collectively were: Merkins x 100; Overhead Press w/ concrete block x 150, Big Boy Situps x 200; Block Curls x 250; Block Squats x 300. YHC mixed in some additional pain at several points during workout by calling for PAX to include intervals of bear crawls, crawl bears, backward running, and broad jumping. About 3/4 through, YHC called for a count off. YHC then unleashed the previously assigned "War Towne Boys" to yell out "War Towne" at any time of their choosing. When yelled this phrase, everyone stopped where they were in the routine and performed 20 flutter kicks (kodiak count).

Once first two groups reached goal, short mosey to bottom of "Mount Sirabachi." It was time for Burkin 11's. Burpees at bottom, Merkins at top. Rabbits got halfway thru routine before YHC called it. Mosey back to flag with coupons

COT:

Sixth Man: Einstein explained to the group how F3 has impacted his life and mentioned with excitement his upcoming VQ at the Lions Den. Come on out Tuesday and support him!

FNG naming: BoGo. Stands for "buy one get one free." BoGo's bro, Exile, threw him under the bus re: his frugality. Gekko. Works as a financial analyst (and unrelatedly is a total beast and a masher on YHC's softball team).

Special "ceremony" to give Asylum shovel flag back to QT. Everyone does 15 burpees for indiscipline. "You go, we go."

Prayers: Thanks to Creator for morning and camaraderie. Prayers for Oliver to help him guide his 2.0's and more broadly for wisdom for all PAX in leading their 2.0's. Prayers for Gekko's brother and wife to help them through pregnancy. Prayers for BoGo and his wife and their three month old.

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC likes the partner routines. They remind us that we do not need to go at life alone. There is strength in numbers and we all have different strengths and weaknesses that compliment one another. The truth is, men need each other. Man is the most deadly hunter in the world because of his ability to hunt in groups. A man hunting alone is vulnerable, but even just two men hunting together can protect themselves by watching the six.
