Intro:

Yes, YHC lost the flag somewhere off 75 Friday night. Hoping the pole didn’t impale someone after flying out of the bed of my truck. And, our site Q has been in Seattle all week and was absent from the beatdown. However, my legal advisor and advocate (Grylls) recommended I refute all claims that I lost the flag and instead claim I was simply in the middle of upgrading it – since YHC did already purchase an upgraded replacement flag with an eagle on top of the pole. Now that I just wrote the longest run-on sentence ever, let’s get down to brass tacks….

Since this beatdown was completely manufactured on the fly, YHC will probabaly leave out plenty of what ww did.

Stolen from Cricket, YHC couldn't remember the name but we performed a modified version:

Continuing all the way up to 4 bear crawls, 10 merkins, 10 plank jacks, 40 shoulder taps.
This may not sound bad, but it was brutal.

Mosey to tennis courts for escalating 4 corners – 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 LBCs, 40 4 count Silverado SSHs
