The Thang:

Partnered up for Catch me if you Can (3 burpees, then sprint to your partner) from elementary parking lot to b-ball court. Four teams, four corners, teams bear crawl to next corner. Corner 1- 25 merkins, 2-25 Mountain climbers, 3-30 squats, 4-30 flutter kicks. Repeat with lunges to corners. Circle up for 3 rounds of 21, and then to the nearest wall for Balls to the Wall/Wall squats with air presses thang. Indian run up the hill back to the flag for a couple short rounds of mary.

COT:

PAX spoke of co-workers and neighbors walking thru very severe storms. Prayers specifically for Ice – T's neighbor recently widowed, may God comfort her and her children greatly in the coming days. Ice – t, keep us posted on how the LD can assist/support her family in the coming days.

Notables:
1. FNG Romo showed up and showed out. I think he got lost on his way to the NFL combine, heard of this AO's consistent intense routines and thought it'd be good prep.
2. Pie Bar's reverse speed is as fast or faster than forward.
3. Oliver and Speedy kickin it up a notch during the Indian Run! Way to push!
4. The tricked out, lite up motorcycle had more lights than Vegas…Vespa?!? LOL!
5. Lucky Charms rucking prior to the BD. Temps got warmer so he grabbed the ruck instead of his M's spanx for some pre-game. You go man!
