The Thang:

With a pretty well-lit straightaway, the PAX got introduced to Escalating Burpee Broad Jumps. Start with one burpee, 4 broad jumps, 2 burpees, 4 broad jumps, etc. etc up to 10 burpees. Baker's Dozen continuing to show he is a beast, so glad to have him out there to make us stronger.
Various planks for the six. Not a lot of mumblechatter during the Burpee Broad Jumps.
Then on to the backside of the school, where the hill would be used, but there is a fence up there! Its almost like they built this school without even thinking that a bunch of dudes would eventually show up at 5:30 to exercise!
Dora 1-2-3 with merkins, Big Boi Situps, and Squats (audible squats to Kodiak Count flutter kicks because YHC's knee couldn't handle the squats).
One partner does exercise while the other runs up the hill to touch the fence. This almost took the rest of our time, and the abs were definitely feeling it with Big Bois and Flutter kicks, not to mention the hill sprints.
Back to the FLAG! Hooray for finally having the flag! Little bit of time left so we finished out on captain Thors with 1:4 Crunchy Frogs and American Hammers. Got up to 4 and 16 before time was called.

Great to be in the gloom with these guys. Today was hard and they pushed through to the end and Baker's Dozen and Magnolia already stepping up into leadership. F3 has made a huge impact on my life, and YHC is so glad to give it away to y'all.
