It’s been some time since I Q’d the Kodiak (Solo) and I don’t think the new field has been properly met the babies.

As we finished up our Warm up with a demonstration of our Quarter Pounder exercises we headed back to the truck to pick up some cheese.
Moseyed to the Football Field for a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese.
Kodiak Crawl Pulling your sandbaby in 25 Yard increments then performing the following at every

50-Mt. Climbers
50-Squats
100-SSH
Between each set, you would run backwards to the starting goal line and plank for the six.
We would start as a group, run to the sandbaby and Kodiak Crawl to the next 25 yard mark.
We did this twice, hence the "Double"
Moseyed back to the truck for a round of "Sally" with babies.
