Warm-o-Rama:

Began with 18 PAX taking a short mosey from the flag to the gazebo. A short shrill sound as the VQ delivered the disclaimer, don't know what that was, and then a screech as number 19 slides into a parking space, successfully outrunning Roscoe P Coltrane. Welcome Chops!!

The Thang:

Mosey to the parking lot at Chatt Tech. Inspired by the short rainfall and Col. Trotti's description of F3 as a "band of brothers", YHC asked each "Bo" to partner up with "Luke", time for "Up the river, down the river". Run up to top of parking lot, 10 bro-pees, run back to bottom, 9 bro-pees, back up 8…you get the picture and PAX gets the pain. Plank on the six, then Indian trot to Pure. After getting clarification from GCheck on "duck jousting", YHC called an audible. Let's duck walk pausing at two different points, 25 merkins at each point. Around the corner and lunges to two separate points, 25 LBCs at each point. Mosey back to the front of stage for some 21. One practice rd and three fails later (second fail due to poor count by YHC- if you can't do it, don't Q or VQ it!) 15 burpees, 10 x Mike Tysons, and countless flutter kicks we were at of time.

COT:

There were multiple prayer requests for marriages. One PAX lifted up a praise about their marriage, and the improvements of it due to counseling. Prayers for the national and state lawmakers and the recent policies concerning the unborn.

Naked Man Moleskin:

It was slightly alarming to VQ a large group, but many of the veteran PAX stepped up to fill in the gaps No surprise. A few from the Lions Den and made the trek south. A very pleasant surprise! Grateful all these HIMs made this BD an encouraging one. Next time, BB will come sooner than 4 days later.
