Intro:
YHC was feeling a bit nostalgic this morning as he made his way to the Five Hunnert through the Tuesday morning fog. He arrived to find Red Ryder reclined back as far as his seat would allow and Piccolo, riding shotgun, just basking in the beauty of the morning. YHC learned that Red Ryder and Piccolo have little faith in him as they spent their idle time before 05:30 planning how they would spend their morning in the case that YHC didn’t show up (it involved naps and an early breakfast), but thankfully YHC was able to restore some hope in their feeble hearts. Promptly at 05:30, the PAX began to mosey and took a wrong turn down memory lane. The images of PT rolling in with a metaphorical flat tire, the delirious laughs shared at coffeeteria, and the wisdom of Wham-O surrounded the PAX as it puttered along (all while learning about Piccolo’s peanut butter flavored burps).

1st Set of Exercises: Merkins, LBC's, Big Boi Sit-ups
2nd Set of Exercises: Mountain Climbers (2 for 1), Alternating Lunges, Burpees
On go, the PAX ran about 40 yards to a predetermined island and completed 10 reps of each of the first set of exercises. Upon completion, you run back to the first island and completed 9 reps of each of the second set of exercises, back down for 8 of first, and so on until the PAX got down to 1 rep.
The PAX then moseyed over to the beautiful rolling (and in today's case, extremely wet) hills behind the baseball field. Unbeknownst to YHC, we would be doing a throwback to Red Ryder's first day at the Five Hunnert. YHC had to modify the plan slightly as we only had 3 people to work with. The PAX became a 3 person team with 3 different stations all working at the same time. On go, one member of the PAX was to complete 5 backwards runs up the hill, while another started chipping away at 150 Squat Thrusts, 250 SSH, and 300 Air Squats, and the third was to hold a plank position. The PAX rotated every time 5 hill runs were completed. The PAX finished the SSH just as time was called to mosey back to the flag.
