Intro:
Jesus said tetelestai while on the cross as He fulfilled the prophecy in Isaiah 53. Tetelestai means it is finished or completed; the number 8 is the number of completion so in honor of Easter weekend our workout was all in factors of 8.
Warm-o-Rama:
Started with a long mosey around Dupree Park (1/3 mile loop) followed by windmills, weed pickers, sun gods, and side straddle hops.
The Thang:

4 X 4s, IC – Start in a standing position, burpee into plank followed by 4 Merkins, 4 mountain climbers with each leg. One is completed when you return to the standing position. Wash, rinse, repeat 8 times.

24s, IC – In unison PAX does 2-count side straddle hop and counts reps 1-8 out loud. Reps 9-24 are all mental and everyone must stop together at 24. If anyone stops early or goes over Q has PAX perform penalty workout of Q’s choice.

40 bear crawl merkins, IC – 4 count exercise. Start in bear crawl. 3 count crawl with the 4th being the merkin. Hands should be staggered during merkin and if done correctly will result in each hand being staggered forward on opposing reps.
