Intro:

Made sure to blast the forearms with this one. Part of it, unintentionally. Excited to have Cricket join us since he helped build this monstrosity in my backyard.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey down to clearing at trail loop.
SSH – Windmill – Imperial Walkers – Michael Phelps

The Thang:

Now for some trail running! Today we go Clockwise around the loop. At the top of the hill plank for 6.
Everyone back together for some Copperhead Merkins (x15)

Now for the down portion of the trail.
At the fallen tree, jump over tree 3 times, then down the hill and up the other side to the next fallen tree. Turn around and come back to fallen tree and jump over 3 times again. Keep moving back to starting point at top of hill. Back down the hill and over the tree 3 times and up to the next fallen tree. Plank for the 6.

With the PAX together again Copperhead Squats (x10)

Down the rest of the trail loop. At the bridge do 10 burpees.

Back to The Mole Hole:

5 Copperhead Pull-ups in cadence
10 Toes to bar OYO
15 Inverted Rows OYO
Run together around cul-de-sac
Rinse and Repeat

Partner up. Partner A performs Farmer Carry around house while Partner B does 10 box jumps on tractor tire and 10 dips AMRAP until Partner A returns. Switch….
Round 2 – While Partner A performs Farmer Carry, Partner B does 10 Squats and 10 Dips AMRAP.

PAX runs around cul-de-sac again.

Mary:
Flutter Kicks IC led by YHC (x30)
Crab Cakes IC led by Cricket (x20)
YHC calls for 5 more pull-ups and 10 shoulder shrugs with Farmer Carry apparatus AMRAP until 6:15.

COT:

Cricket had to bolt rather quickly so COT turn into beers on the patio with Doubtfire and MSG.

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC learned that MSG is excited about his new lady-friend. Much grief and shenanigans should ensue upon learning of this development. He even said she might be "the one". Sounds pretty promising. Maybe. They've only been at this for a few weeks. Lots to unpack here. Let the fun begin.
