The Thang:

We climbed the hill (the landfill) with jump squats and clap Merkens on top and bottom. Started at one each and counted up to ten.

We mosied around the school stopping for 25 Merkens, 50 squats, 75 Imperial Walkers, and 100 flutter kicks.

“Slowed” things down by holding positions in a line in the warm blanket while the last guy in line crab walked to the front, then switched positions. We held Merkens, V-ups, squats, planks, side planks, and crunch positions.

Did I mention it was cold and rainy? And beautiful.

COT:

Prayers for Almost taking in a soon-to-be mother and her difficult situation, prayers for Red Hat’s friend in a difficult health position, and prayers for those at risk of losing their jobs, or simply the unknown of job security.
