Intro:

Knowing the impact F3 has had on each of our lives and hearing what it has meant for our brothers, morning’s can be sacred. So offering options for men at the North Western sector of Alpha will prove to be a smash!

Warm-o-Rama:

7 men for the first F3 Bell Memorial Park beatdown kicked it off with a Mosey around to the Square Gazebo, we warmed up with a 20 ct SSH and 10 ct CPs.

The Thang:

Then we turned up the heat by lining up on the upper sidewalk so as to promote F3 performing Ninja 100 (3rds of 10 Burpees, Dbl Squat Jumps & Mtn Climbers ending with 10 Burpees for 100 reps). While no cars stopped or honked for us, we are confident we will be talked about somewhere sometime….

Running down to the caged football field, we split up into 2 groups for 3 rounds of hand stands while the other group did 10 step ups each leg and then swap.

Finally, we moved to Stu’s Hill.
1.- 5 hill sprint repeats
2.- 5 bear crawl
3.- 1 reverse bear crawl
4.- 5 army crawls (4 quiet ones)

Moving to the fallen flag we performed our duty with 10 burpees and then circled for Mary: Stu with 6 inches, Homeboy w American Hammers, Callahan w Flutter Kicks, Hombre w Iron Cross, Whizz w J-Los, Manning w LBCs, Haha w TBones.

After the beatdown, we transitioned over to Hahas Spa. Hot tub, Sauna, Therapeutic Upper Body Massages, and Manning got a mani/pedi cure. There was plenty of coffee and a lumberjack breakfast with over-easy eggs, bacon, and all you can eat pancakes!!! It was fabulous! Great way to start the day!!! And good fellowship for Alpha/Cherokee HIMs!!!
