Intro:


After a few weeks of fewer miles in beatdowns…time to run.

Warm-o-Rama:


Longish mosey over to the high school parking lot. We needed some open space for the beat down, so we wandered over there and circled up (out of the drive) for the warm up.
15 SSH
10 Dancing Bears
10 Weed pickers
15 Imperial walkers
Close it off with some runners lunge.

The Thang:


Partner up for some catch me if you can. This is a new one to the Stockbridge PAX. Red Ryder made a strategic choice to partner with YHC who has a bum knee. Probably a good call. Partner One runs backward on the “track” while partner two does 5 Krakens, then chases down partner one for the switch.
Cycled through four or five times then made it over to the front of the stadium for numbers 1-7 of Superman 21s featuring merkins, Big Boi situps, and Squats.
Then we upped the ante on catch me if you can with a stolen exercise from the one and only Happy Jack. Partners need to complete 25 burpees and 50 merkins as a team. One partner will mosey and the other does as many of the exercise as they want knowing they will have to run down their partner. Both teams completed this on the way back to the flag area.
PAX then did numbers 8-14 of the Superman’s with merkins, Big Bois, and Superman’s.
Still a little time, so let’s finish off merkins with one ring of fire ten merkins each.
All total: 25 Krakens, 12.5 burpees, 140 merkins. 105 Big Bois, 28 squats, and 28 Superman’s.

Naked Man Moleskin:


Tclaps to Red Ryder because not only is he an FNG machine, he also has moved from merkins on his knees to full motion. That’s a big jump, and he’s put in the work.
