Intro:

The beatdown named after a dark yet educational classic film that many of the chatterbox PAX have yet to see apparently. YHC incorporated a black snake run inspired by the the movie.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey to basketball courts,
21 SSH IC (varying the pace to increase chatter, and challenge, and because I have no rhythm)
7 weed pickers IC
10 sumo squat thrusters IC
10 superman punch IC

The Thang:

‘-Wheel barrels to end of court, switch with your partner and wheel barrel back; second round empty the wheel barrel (crab walk wheel barrel), great for the tri's and upper back; if your Garfield's partner you get a pretty good shoulder shrug thrown in as well from carrying his tree trunks.
-mosey to the field for some ab work, 10 LBFC's together, 10 Freddy Mercury's IC, 10 twisted mountain climbers (swing knee across body) IC.
-partner up for derkins on elbow plank; elbow plank while your partner has his feet on your back completing 25 derkins, then switch and rinse and repeat for two total sets for each PAX.
-Tunnel of love; the six low crawls under the tunnel of downward dog PAX until all PAX go once.
-partner up for side hops over elbow plank; for 60 seconds you side hop as many times as you can over your partner performing an elbow plank, then switch exercise with partner.
-BLACK SNAKE RUN; version of an Indian run, the six weaves in and out of each PAX as he makes his way to the front without tripping over someone else and falling on their face (great agility builder). Completed 10 burpees until the six was brought in.
-Now we were ready for bear crawl SNAKE, or were we? Bear crawl in Indian run formation, the six weaves in and out of the PAX bear crawling to the front (difficulty level 10)
-Super 21, you perform 1 merkin, 1 big boy, 2 merkins, 2 big boys, 3 merkins, 3 big boys and so on until you hit 21 merkins and 21 big boys. Started out sounding and feeling easy but you soon realize it is a lot of reps; 231 merkins and 231 big boys.
-30 second left, mosey back to the flag.

COT:

Sixth man, Daisy Dukes talked about his venture back to F3. We named / welcomed two FNGS: Screech and Bagger. Announcements for our several runs coming up, and the retreat. YHC led a prayer with a little bit of suspect speech (my fever I have had was catching up to me), none the less thanked god for the ground and weather that as grown men we get to play in, and prayed for the men of F3 marriages.

Naked Man Moleskin:

We didn't swim in the soup today but we did still get a little dirty and wet. I can't wait to hear the chatter after some PAX rent Black Snake Moan (disclaimer, it's not a family movie, may even be disturbing for many adult viewers) . I may need to retire the bear crawl snake or reserve it for smaller groups. Silverado is an inspiration, at 66 years of age this HIM doesn't just show up, I see him still getting better and stronger every time. The chatter and commodity is always a blast at the box; another thing I love about it and the other AO's as well, is that when you screw something up the PAX will let you know but they will support you and won't let you fall on your face.
