Frisbee chase to warm up – take turns throwing the frisbee until all PAX have had a chance, each time, all PAX chase frisbee until it lands, then bear crawl the rest of the way until they reach the frisbee again – 11 throws in all to start
Railroad Tracks – line up in two groups. 1st PAX runs to 5 yd line, goes to low plank, 2 PAX hurdles 1st and goes to 10 yd line, repeat until 6 has gone, then recycle until you reach the next goal line – 100yds
Run to steps – Johnny Dramas OYO 30x (calf raises, 30 each leg)
Run to field, plank for 6
Bear Squats – OYO – Bear crawl 10 yds, stop, do 10 Squats, rinse and repeat for 100 yds, pick up 6

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC was worried that the 4.5 mile run with Cricket before THL would drain his spirit and energy, but 10 PAX showing up for THL during Spring Break to make themselves better, made YHC committed to push hard.

Upset at the Mole for never EHing Thin Mint to a beatdown. Starting to second guess his commitment level.

YHC was encouraged to see all the PAX having each other's backs during the beatdown. YHC was discouraged to see the reason was probably mutual hatred of YHC's beatdown. A few threats in mumble chatter and Pie Bar openly wept.

Red Hat was determined to try to catch the frisbee and avoid bear crawls at all cost. Pie Bar and The Mole soon joined in on the hard chase to avoid BCs too.

Pie Bar and the Mole then went shirtless, ran to each other in slow motion, awkwardly high fived and chest bumped. Holding each other, jumping and laughing. PAX averted eyes and pretended not to notice.

Pop-up openly called out YHC and asked if he regretted his choices during RoF's. For the record, YHC regrets nothing and embraces consequences, always, every time with absolute stubbornness (while silently crying on the inside like a little school girl).

Running back to flag, YHC realizes song on speaker is too tame, changes to Mudshovel by Staind. Red Hat asks if I am trying to make an entrance back to the flag. YHC just nobley and humbly wants bOOmtown boys to see the epic fun they missed.

Pie Bar and The Mole finished together up front…in the sunrise, with the wind blowing the Mole's hair
