Intro:

Always a pleasure to Q the Wicked Witch, and with warm weather, it was necessary to make it a Killer Mountain beatdown, approximating the with but a glimpse the trials and tribulations of the Asheville Spartan.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey along the gravel trail (Old Bull Pen), stop about a quarter mile in, and 10 weed pickers, continue on down into the ravine, then across to the foot of Killer Mountain, up the Mountain and around the bend creating a nice loop which we'd soon repeat.

The Thang:

Killer Mountain Loop, divided into three stop points, where each PAX would conduct exercises: stop 1 burpees, stop 2 at the top of Killer Mountain BBSU, and stop 3 mountain climbers. The Pax conducted three laps, 10/20/30 (10 burpees, 20 BBSU, and 30 full count mountain climbers loop 1; 15 burpees, 25 BBSU, and 60 full count mountain climbers loop 2; 20 burpees, 30 BBSU, and 120 full count mountain climbers loop 3).

By loop three, the legs are jelly and the Asheville approximation is complete. At one point Law Dog remarked to this QIC, "I hate you." Good sign.
Time was expiring, so back to the flag and some Mary until the clock struck 6:15am (LBCs, Flutters, Atomic sit-ups).
