INTRO:

Message sent out on Slack that the Kodiak needed a Q. YHC jumped at the opportunity. I do not remember the last time I was given the reigns at the Kodiak. Very excited because there are so many new Pax that YHC has not been able to work out with as the Cherokee Region grows.  Found my Kodiak socks and was ready to go.

WARM-O-RAMA:

No SSH. It has become a bit of a personal mission to see how many workouts YHC can Q without putting SSH into the beatdown. Trying to show that spice is the flavor of life. Change up our routines and see what we can do. Did at a circle Burp, that did not go as planned because too much mumble chatter. Between Garf, Swisher, Alcoa, and the Mole yapping the whole time, YHC could not get the circule moving fast enough. Who would yap when the Q is talking? Did make it around the circle 3 times for the burpees.

THE THANG:

Load the Buses. This is one of YHC favorite beatdowns because it is constant movement, keeps all pax together, and hits upper, core, lower body and cardio all at one time. Total of 28 bus lanes.

Next we moseyed on to the wall of the school for a wall chair star jump pagent. Garfield had great form but looked like a peach*  when he was disqualified for flashing.  Harp took home the prize after recovering from his pickletoe on Saturday. Manning always seems to hurt someone whether its duck jousting or pole dance fighting.

Back to the flag for six minutes of mary. American hammers because rocky beat the Russion, LBCs because we did not get enough of those during the load the buses, the other Rosalita, the other Dolly, Putins, and J-Los.

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

Prayers for Cricket and his family while they morn their loss. Prayers for Alcoa’s 2.0 with a lung infection and prayers no one else gets sick. Continued prayers for F3 to grow and positively impact our community
