The Thang:

The tour of the Lion's Den included 6 stations. The PAX counted off by 6, each group to a station to complete an exercise. When one station was completed the group would move to another until all 6 were completed (spoiler, we didn't make it through all 6).

Station 1: jump rope x100 at near basketball court
Station 2: coupon curls x50 at far basketball court
Station 3: toss sandbags up / down hill x5, with 5 burpees at the top
Station 4: brokins x50 at entrance to school
Station 5: lunge covered bus lane, monkey humpers x50, lunge back
Station 6: pull exercise from bag of tricks x50 at front parking lot

Running short on time, YHC had the men circle up for a few minutes of fire drill. Dizzy reminded YHC we were running a few minutes late, so back to the flag.

COT:

6th man (Blackhawk) shared how the last three months have helped him in each of the 3 F's of his life, (maintain 1st, branch out on 2nd, working hard on 3rd).

Named FNGs: Einstein (math teacher at Woodstock), Sticks (Chops' 2.0, tall and thin), Hard Drive (63 years old, retired IBMer and killed the beatdown).

Announcement: Hobgood beatdowns starting April 13.

Prayer request: Speedy Gonzales' aunt was given 2 weeks to 2 months to live, per doctors. Prayers for God's presence and peace.
