Intro:

It was a dry beatdown in the gloom. 14 HIMs against 16 bus lanes and some morning wood made for an exciting and sweaty morning.

Warm-o-Rama:

Short mozy, 16 SSH, 16 Weedpickers, Michael Phelps

The Thang:

We started with 21s. The pax only missed the count once. They paid with 10 Jimminy Crickets. After 21s, we did a short mosy to the bus lanes for some bus lane suicides with morning wood. There were 16 lanes. On each lane there was a wood block. We started at 1, ran to 16 and did the exercise 16 times…then ran back to one. There were 16 different exercises.

After that, we had just enough time to do another set of 21s. We then did a slow indian run back to the flag with each HIM telling us what they were grateful for while passing to the front. With two minutes remaining, Aquaman blessed us with nearly 2 minutes of Xs and 0s. Grylls, had something going on but thankfully time was up!

COT:

Cuban was the 6-man, as always great to know more about him. Prayers for Zillow and his family as they navigate a miscarriage. Prayers of healing and protection for Thrasher. Prayers for the men in F3, our community and our marriages. Prayers for us dads as we try to support and parent our children.

Naked Man Moleskin:

AC shared that if we were in battle we would constantly be praying for God's protection. In life, the enemy is always fighting us. It seems at times we don't give the enemy enough credit. We need to constantly be on our guard and pray for protection, just like if we were in battle.
